Service status

If QELM seems slow or something is not working, the status page tells you whether the problem is on our side and whether we are already on it.

Visit the QELM status page at status.qelm.app. It is a public page — you do not need to sign in to view it, which matters most when you cannot reach the app.

The page lists the main parts of QELM and whether each one is working right now:

PartWhat it covers
WebsiteThe QELM marketing site.
AppYour workspace and dashboard in the browser.
APIThe service that powers the app and the mobile app behind the scenes.
MobileThe QELM mobile app’s connection to your data.
PaymentsTaking and processing payments.
NotificationsAlerts, messages, and real-time updates.

Each part shows a simple state so you can tell at a glance whether it is healthy.

When something is wrong, we post an incident on the status page with plain-language updates:

  • Operational — everything is working normally.
  • Degraded — it works, but it may be slow or some features are limited.
  • Partial outage — one area is down for some customers.
  • Major outage — a core area is down for many customers.
  • Under maintenance — planned work is in progress (see below).

We update the same incident as things change and mark it resolved once it is fixed.

Sometimes we schedule work during quiet hours to improve QELM. When we do, a maintenance notice appears on the status page ahead of time and while the work is happening. Planned maintenance is expected and short.

  1. Check status.qelm.app first. If we already know, there will be an incident posted there.
  2. If the status page shows everything operational but you still have a problem, it may be specific to your account or network. Contact your workspace administrator or QELM support.
  3. Watch the incident for updates. We keep it current until the issue is resolved.

You may also see a small status indicator on the QELM website and inside your workspace. If it shows anything other than normal, open the status page for the full picture.
